Returns and Refunds
At Lolo & May, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please read the below Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights, as well as what you can expect from us, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.
- Any sale items / promotional purchases are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Items advertised as “Final Sale – No Returns / Exchanges” cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
- Store credit is only valid for 1 year from the day of issuance.
- We cannot accept liability for fabric piling / pulling, fabric deterioration including loss of elasticity and colour running / fading. To ensure you get the most and prolonged life of your swimwear, please follow our care instructions “How to Me”.
- We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 30 days of having received them.
Return Requirements
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item(s) is:
- unused / unworn;
- unwashed;
- in its original condition, with original tags and hygiene label still attached
In the interest of hygiene, we will not accept returns:
- if the item(s) appeared worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour;
- If the item(s) have marks or damaged in any way (i.e. not in original condition). This includes sunscreen, fake tan and makeup.
- If prior authorisation have not been obtained.
We understand that getting the size right can be challenging. Please ensure that you check our Size Guide (How to Measure page) prior to purchase.
Undergarments must be worn at all times when trying on our swimwear. Exchange will be provided where size or style is available. Otherwise, a refund will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this case, the returned item will not be sent back to the customer.
Change of Mind
In the event that you receive the products which you purchased, as stated, but you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
- You notify us within 30 days of receipt.
- In the case of products, you return the said product in its original packaging.
- In the case of products, the said product has not been used.
- In the case of products, the said product has not been damaged.
- In the case of products, you return the said product with its original receipt.
The following additional conditions are satisfied:
- Customer to pay for the return shipping cost of the change of mind purchased product; AND
- Customer to pay for the shipping cost of the exchanged product
Products Damaged During Delivery
In the event that you receive the products which you ordered is damaged during delivery:
- Please contact us as soon as possible.
- Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with the packaging which you received the damaged product in.
- We will organise to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided you contact us within 7 days from the date you received the product.
