Size & Fit
Is Lolo & May designed for my body?
Every piece we create is purposefully designed for women with AA to B cups. If you have experienced gaping, hollow cups, or over-exaggerated padding in the past, you are in the right place. Our swimwear is engineered to beautifully fit and embrace a smaller bust.
How do I find my size?
We recommend consulting our Size Chart and How to Measure instructions. Please note that our sizing runs slightly smaller than standard swimwear brands.

What if I’m between sizes?
We suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit, particularly with our Brigitte one-piece. The Brigitte is crafted from a strong sculpting fabric and features a sewn-in underbust support with minimal stretch over the hips. For tailored advice, please reach out to us.
Do your swimsuits provide support without underwire?
Absolutely. Each piece features an intentional built-in structure, premium double-lining, and padding designed for a smaller bust. You will enjoy a beautifully
lifted, supported silhouette without the discomfort of wires.
Fabric
What is The Forest Edit made from?
Our Forest Edit is crafted from a luxurious, double-lined 220 GSM fabric containing 78% recycled nylon and 22% spandex. It offers a strong, sculpting hold that is soft to the touch and kinder to our planet.
What is The Desert Edit made from?
Our Desert Edit features premium Italian Carvico VITA fabric. Known for its exquisite 4-way stretch, luxurious softness, and fluid drape, it offers a lighter, second-skin feel with a delicate inner liner for flawless coverage.
Why are the two collections made from different fabrics?
Each collection is designed to evoke a distinct feeling. The Forest Edit provides structure and sculpting, while The Desert Edit delivers a soft, second-skin embrace.
The fabrics are a highly considered choice to best serve those design intentions.
Will sold-out styles be restocked?
To maintain our boutique quality, our collections are released in strictly limited quantities.
While select styles may return, we invite you to join our mailing list to receive priority notification.
Care
How do I care for my Lolo & May?
Hand wash your swimwear in cold water with a gentle detergent after each wear.
Rinse thoroughly to remove sunscreen, salt, and chlorine, which can degrade the luxury fibers over time.
Avoid wringing. Gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry in the shade. For thicker fabrics, use a towel to absorb excess
water before drying.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
Can I machine wash?
To preserve the garment's structure and shape, we strongly recommend hand washing.
If machine washing is absolutely necessary, please use a cold, gentle cycle and place your swimwear inside a protective mesh laundry bag.
Any other care tips?
To prevent pilling, avoid sitting directly on rough surfaces.
Apply your sunscreen and allow it to fully absorb before putting on your swimsuit.
Store your pieces flat or loosely folded rather than compressed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take within Australia?
Orders are promptly dispatched on the same or next business day. Delivery via Australia Post typically takes between 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to NZ, HK, SG, Msia,USA, Canada, UK and Europe.
Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary by destination — full details are available on our product pages.
Please note that international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is there free shipping?
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over A$180.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created, we’re unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at wecare@loloandmay.com for assistance.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed directly to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We welcome returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items or garments with any marks, including sunscreen, fake tan, makeup, or fragrance.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes, we gladly offer exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email our team at wecare@loloandmay.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
We will personally guide you through the next steps.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the reshipping fees associated with exchanges.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
While we take immense pride in carefully checking every order, mistakes can sometimes occur.
If your order is faulty or incorrect, please email us at wecare@loloandmay.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will resolve it for you immediately.
